Resumen
The album entitled Vengo (2014), from Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux, is analyzed in this article as an expression of contemporary artistic activism in which a critical and dissenting stance is introduced with regard to the modern/colonial/patriarcal/ capitalist rationality that still governs latinamerican societies. In this light, the musical work of Tijoux is understood as activist, decolonizing, and feminist poetics that promote the dissolution of colonial and patriarchal pedagogies, care for the environment, and the defense of epistemic pluralism.
