Resumen

The Civil Union Agreement Law does not regulate special inheritance rights for civil cohabitants but rather recognizes them with the same rights as spouses. The article will analyze all those rules that are based on the more uxorio relationship with the deceased to recognize or deprive inheritance rights in intestate and testate succession, as well as forced assignments, to determine if there are peculiarities between the inheritance rights of spouses and civil cohabitants.
