Resumen

In the current Chilean Constitutional Process, it will be essential to establish equal pay in labour matters within the catalogue of fundamental rights. For these purposes, we will explain its foundation in the notion of dignity as status, how it has been established in comparative law, to specify with a labour proposal for the new constitution finally.
