Resumen

The development of investigative competencies is one of thQuality of work life (QWL) is a construct that aroused interest since the second half of the 20th century, with a scientific approach based on evidence. Currently, interest in its study has become evident with the increase in publications in a challenging work context, in which technologies and the consequent digital transformation play a relevant role. The purpose of this study has been to present a bibliometric and scientometric analysis regarding the CVL to identify the most prominent authors, the countries to which they belong, in which institutions they work, with which authors they collaborate and their respective fields of development. The results show that the last five years account for 49.4% of scientific production, 67.54% of articles have more than 50 citations, and the year with the highest scientific production is 2022, with 170 articles, indicating high research interest. The most influential author is Joseph Sirgy, accounting for 3.8% of total citations. The most productive journal in WoS is the International Journal of Environmental and Public Health, while the most influential institution is UDICE French Research, and the most productive is Virginia Polytechnic Institute State University. 68.4% of articles are produced by 10 countries, with the United States being the country with the highest production. These findings provide a synthesis of theoretical advancements, allowing the identification of research opportunities for the future.
