N2 - The evolution of the population distribution in the territories within countries of Latin America, in the last decades, is showing a heterogeneous path, while some countries have growing concentration around the main city or cities; others display an inverse pattern. Same situation are find in processes like aging, urbanization among others. Several factors are described in the first part of this chapter, affecting people and labor mobility across the territory.
