N2 - A photodiode's current temporal dynamics cannot be ignored to accurately characterize and rationalize its properties. We demonstrate that when the steady-state current is properly measured, an equivalent circuit model quantitatively describes the current characteristics of organic photodiodes in the dark and under illumination.
