Abstract
This article is an analysis of the poetical work Mapurbe venganza a raíz, by David Aniñir, where Mapuche ethnic identity is given a new meaning, thanks to a new writing scenary: the city of Santiago in the global era. From this perspective, I examine the experience of globalization for the Mapuche people settled on the margins of the city, a thematic that constitutes a new poetry milestone in the literary field of this ethnic group.
