Abstract

This prolegomenon refers to the scholarly discussion on the legal personality of groups of persons and the impact that this has on the problem of associations and juridical persons’ entitlement to fundamental rights. These considerations make it possible to define where the Chilean constitutional system recognizes the entitlement to fundamental rights of intermediate groups, as well as its important limitations.
