Abstract
The aim of this article is to investigate how the experience of the Mapuche diaspora is envisaged and represented in the poetry of Daniela Catrileo. This article proposes that Catrileo’s poetry narrates the migratory experience by centering the voice of a warriache woman who, through the mise-en-scène of performative writing, seeks to construct a territory of her own to create her story of exile and practice literary and political respon-ses to the (im)possibility of return.
