Abstract
COVID-19 pandemic was declared by the World Health Organization (WHO), as a public health emergency of interna-tional concern on January 30, 2020. This global health contin-gency caused great changes in many areas and sport was not the exception. The objective of this study is to explore the main factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the Sport Influencers who had and are still facing this great challenge of training and generating content on social networks in a different way with physical distancing, for the health protection of the population in times of COVID-19. For this, a qualitative research was carried out through semi-structured interviews with 28 Sport Influencers from Chile and Spain. The data collected were analyzed with the theory of the two factors of Herzberg (1959) and the theory of situational events of job satisfaction of Quarstein et al. (1992). The results revealed that the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of athletes in times of the COVID-19 pandemic are derived in 6 categories (social media content, training, planning, social media followers, financing, health and well-being).
