The participants were 248 candidates for bariatric surgery, men (27.8%) and women (72.2%) between 18 and 68 with a BMI >30.Results: Elements of repression and lack of affective modulation, especially in relation to aggression, are observed. Anxiety and depression indicators associated to authorityfigures and intimacy are also seen, as well as low interest relating to others, and a type of labile, dependent and immature bond.
