Conflict and diplomacy in the birth of the Nazarite Emirate of Granada

This article pursues the complexities surrounding the birth of the Nazarite Emirate of Granada.This occurred during the period called the "third taifas". In the course of this research , we will study the situations that led to the beginnings of Granada and also the important actions made by its founder, who using his reknowned political and pragamatic diplomatic aptitudes, using a series of tools which will pennit the consolidation of the emirate as a political power in the peninsula, which, at the same time is the representation of the last great moment in the history of al-Andalus.
