Research Interests
My areas of interest are inheritance law and family law. My research work is focused on the recognition of inheritance rights for unmarried couples and civil partners; the study of the inheritance protection of the elderly and the meaning of the principle of family solidarity and the duties of care and the incidence of gender in aspects of private law (compensation for work in the home, businesswomen married in conjugal partnership...).
