My current work focuses on the relation between political authority and constitutional history, with a special interest in the Chilean case, and on the need to rethink the foundations of Chilean administrative law, by articulating a pluralistic institutionalist perspective capable of incorporating the insights of empirically-informed comparative scholarship (esp. socio-legal studies and law & development literature).
