Personal profile

Research Interests

My area of interest is public law, in particular, the study of political institutions and political control of government. My main line of research is the non-judicial mechanisms of control of legality (constitutionality and legality) that operate in the government, in the organs of state administration and in the legislative branch. I also do research on states of emergency (with particular interest in public health emergencies) and political controls to which the government is subject.
