Research Interests
Research related to the study of the mechanics of partially saturated soils, such as slopes, mine tailings and subsoils. A second line of study is the characterization and measurement of mechanical parameters of earth materials such as adobe. Analysis of geotechnical structures is also carried out using the finite element method.
