Research Interests

My research examines how teams collaborate in modern organisations, with a special focus on virtual and hybrid settings. I study how information and communication technologies influence the way team members coordinate, share information, manage emotions, and sustain effective performance when they use these technologies. By analysing communication patterns, interpersonal dynamics, and the challenges created by digital work environments, my work aims to improve our understanding of what helps teams thrive and how organisations can design technology-supported teamwork that is both productive and human-centred.
