Research Interests

My areas of interest are the study of the genesis and maintenance of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders. I have focused on studying how the way we deal with our emotions affects our mental health, and how current technologies impact these processes. I work from a multi-level perspective, so I am interested in the biological, experiential and behavioral factors that affect these processes.
