Research Interests

My current research focuses on the phenomenon of the dematerialization of private property from a constitutional perspective. It centers on the application of the constitutional right to property to intangible things. I am interested in determining what constitutes an intangible thing for the purposes of constitutional law and to what extent regulatory regimes can be understood as intangible things. I am also interested in studying to what extent the social function of property can be applied to intangible things.
