Constanza investigates meditation and other contemplative states, for this she uses a multidisciplinary and diversified methodology that encompasses both quantitative measurements (third person), which include from molecular methods, electrophysiology of the autonomic system, electroencephalographic (EEG), and behavioral measurements to qualitative measurements (first person) such as self-reports and interviews, to try to provide a "neuropenomenological" approach to the phenomena studied.
