Research Interests

Her research focuses on the areas of branding, marketing and sustainability with top-level international publications. Claudia has experience working in interdisciplinary teams investigating sustainable consumption, consumer resistance to public policy interventions that promote sustainable consumption, and how organizations position themselves towards societal values (e.g., the UN Sustainable Development Goals). Claudia has experience applying a wide range of qualitative methodologies to research consumer behavior, collecting and analysing large digital datasets, and conducting ethnographic studies in large organizations.
