Personal profile

Research Interests

My current lines of research are related to the study of the organizational and bureaucratic structure of the Public Prosecutor's Office. Specifically, I seek to know and understand how the Public Prosecutor's Office is organized internally and what criteria it uses to determine which cases it investigates and which it rejects early. To this end, I intend to contrast the practices and guidelines of different local Prosecutor's Offices in terms of case selection and also to analyze how the prosecution of certain crimes is carried out in different localities.
