Research Interests
I work in the area of Multi-Agent Systems, developing theoretical results on scalability, robotics applications and control of autonomous vehicle formation. These ideas and topics seek to provide fundamental results that guide the design engineers in the construction of various types of distributed systems, Internet of Things applications, cooperative adaptive cruise control systems, among others. In addition, I develop autonomous systems based on embedded electronics platforms, with low-cost microcontrollers or SoCs (based on ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), for experimental verification of research results in autonomous multi-agent systems, and for use in engineering teaching laboratories.
