Research Interests

My research interests are Jurisprudence and the Law of Obligations, focusing my main area of interest in the philosophy of tort law, which was the topic of my doctoral thesis and several publications and presentations in seminars. Currently, my research is focused on the foundations of contractual and non-contractual liability with a comparative law perspective, and the concept of human dignity in private law.
